"Nice little hotel in a very quiet neighborhood. Rooms are nice and clean. Comfortable beds. The back yard needs a little love. It's the primary reason we booked, and the common area lounge chairs looked like they hadn't been cleaned in a long time, and the wooden swings over the cove and bar looks less than structurally sound. That said. The plunge pool was very nice and overall, for what we paid, was a great place to stay in Puerto Aventuras. We would stay again, but hopefully the back yard...

"The property was fantastic. The staff was amazing and the facilities were top notch. The only issue we encountered was the fact that my wife has celiac disease and was regular ensured that the meals were gluten-free. After each of the restaurant visits she got very sick. Not the most gluten-friendly resort "

"The resort is absolutely beautiful, but the best part of this stay is definitely the very attentive and friendly staff. My boyfriend and I did not meet one unwelcoming or standoffish staff member. Our personal concierge, Billie, went above and beyond for us. Would definitely stay again!!"

"We had a really lovely stay at Maya Eco Village over New Years. The gardens and surrounds are just so beautiful and peaceful, and each bungalow is a little oasis within the property. We had a little 'porch' that we could sit at in the evenings and listen to the sounds of the jungle, or read at in the mornings. "We enjoyed this place greatly. Staff was attest, inviting, and friendly answering any questions we had about the are and where to go. Rooms were clean and felt like we were stay in the treetops. Food was good and best of all there were wild monkey’s that came to visit every morning and yes bananas were provided. lol We would totally stay here again. "
