"I am rating this three star only because the hotel staff worked really hard to remedy all the problems we faced other wise this would have been one star. We had reserved a three bedroom apartment for two nights, but everything went wrong from the start, from a non working parking gate key to a broken AC in one of the bedroom. "It’s a budget friendly hotel with all the basic amenities needed especially for solo, business or even small groups . It’s not fancy but the location is okay and the staff, especially Dan, is very friendly and helpful. Wifi and the shower (hot water) worked perfectly . "

"The property needs upgrading, however it was pretty clean. The buffet breakfast included was good as they change the main menu daily. Reception staff was very helpful with information. Decided not to swim as the pool was beside the cafe. There's a surau in the cafe for Muslim fyi. Very outdated

"Welcoming was great and staff are very polite. Rooms were okay but very outdated. Found a cockroach dead in the bathroom and highlighted it to the staff but nothing was done about it despite them saying it will be sorted which was very disappointing. Paid extra for the breakfast but I wouldn't recommend it. Very limited breakfast and doesn't cater for majority of diets. Location was quite good as shops and markets were close by. But overall I wouldn't be staying here again should I visit the island in the future"
