"Brilliant loved it apart from no hot water for are 2 night stay witch took till check out to be sorted out even though we informed of the problem first night. And the maintenance man lied and told manager it was all working and checked. He never checked it and it was not working. However the lovley manager gave us a free night and we paid to stay another night also and she did us a good deal on that . We will be back soon can’t wait "

"Enjoyed the hotel, clean room and good facilities. Check in was easy, bar and grill was great. Needed an app for discounts though which didn't I've do as i was told it would. Complete lottery as to what got taken off a bill so had to ask for this to be corrected. Staff were nice though, really helpful. "

"Excellent stay for a short family break after a day at Gulliver's, around 15 minutes away. We stayed as an extra treat for Easter weekend, although home is only around an hour away.The hotel and grounds are well looked after and worth a look around including the hidden paths, good for exploring with our two young children. Breakfast setvice from the team was excellent, evening service the previous night was good but could be better, plates were quickly left on our table with staff rushing off...
