"Lovely hotel, very clean and staff Lovely. Used the spa which was nice but noticed the ice room needs some TLC (Mosiac tiles everywhere) and the seating in one sauna was broke. Food was high quality and tasty. Pillows were so comfy and the room had high end ELEMIS Toiletries. Overall a great stay. "

"Property is looking a little tired and in need of some TLC! Room very clean, bathroom great size! Clean but again could do with bit of TLC. Breakfast was disappointing but it was free in our deal. I wouldn’t pay extra to have this if nit included, I’d go into town which is a 5-10 min walk away. Location good, parking good. Rooms on front a little noisy due to road. Would I stay again? If I could get a good deal yes! "

"I stay here regularly and always have a very comfortable sleep, the rooms are lovely with plenty of space, adjustable heating and a rather confusing TV remote! water is hot, beds are comfy, bottles of water and tea of coffee in the room but sadly no decaffeinated coffee. Good breakfast, great choice, made fresh, though do object to the cleaner mopping the floor during breakfast service making the floor very slippery (a worry for someone who has just had recent hip replacements) I have mentioned...

"As soon as we stepped in to the property I was happy. The check in went very smoothly. Every member of staff we came across was friendly and helpful. Our room was small, but had everything we needed. I loved that we had bottled water, a choice of sparking or still. Also nice hot chocolate as well as tea and coffee.The beds were very comfy with nice pillows and they had very nice fluffy towels in the bathroom.I would definitely stay again"

"This is a lovely hotel, I stayed 2 years ago and feel sadly it’s lost its spark a bit. The good bits first, parking is great, easy to access hotel and plenty of spaces, the spa was great, and a big bonus was the yoga class I joined when I saw people with yoga mats. The room was big and comfortable with a nice fridge and a big bath. "Great bar snacks, very generous portions at a good price. Drinks were quite expensive. Good breakfast with prompt service. The room was very comfortable and clean.
