"We booked this hotel during their soft opening and despite some final details being worked on, everything and everyone was lovely. While the location is prime, we didn't want to leave the hotel. The room had a great ambiance, the bed was very comfy, and breakfast was delicious."

"This is a great little hotel just one block off the central square in the old section of Brussels. The internal bar and restaurant are great and the location unbeatable. It was so quiet we struggled to get up before 9.00 each day. Really good comfort and warm as well (It was freezing outside). Highly recommended."

"Perfect location right in centre, very well sized rooms. A few more tea, coffee, milk options in room would be helpful. Had to keep asking for more milk as only 2 sachets provided for a 2 night stay. Otherwise really good and would stay there again "

"My brother and I absolutely love this property! It was a 3 minute walk away from the train station. 5 mins walk away from a grocery store & casino. The room was exceptionally clean. Do not be intimidated by the stairs. The check in went really smooth so was the check out. My brother and I would definitely be back here with our parents and we both highly recommend this property to our friends and family who needs a hotel in Brussels! "

"The hotel is very masculine decor. The roof top pool is beautiful and the spa staff were brilliant. The noise between corridors and rooms with doors banging and even in the roof top pool isn't good and you can hear people in the street and multiple sirens throughout the night. It's a great location and 4 stops on the T4 from Midi. Everyone be is walking distance. People come up to the pool in outdoors clothes and wonder around which is so rude but should be stopped. "Pillows is a great hotel in an exceptional location in city center Brussels. The hotel was clean and comfortable. The front desk staff was friendly and attentive. The bar and restaurant were excellent. The location can’t be beat as you are close major city attractions, arts, shops, restaurants, historic sites. With wind driven rain every day I am grateful for the umbrella provided that allowed me to walk the city sites each day to my visit. "
