"I have stayed at this hotel many times, many years ago. This stsy though was the best. Modern, tidy and smart room, great service at reception and at breakfast and great value. "

"The lift has been out of action for some time due to a major fault , we were e mailed twice before our arrival to warn us of this. Brilliant communication , as we both are able bodied it was not an issue , as we were on the 5th floor the manager insisted he took our luggage up to the room and apologised about the lift issue which we already knew . A very nice breakfast, we will stay there again."
