"The hotel is very central, close to Russell Square tube station. The hotel is extremely large but our room was clean and the staff were friendly and helpful. We used the luggage room to store our luggage after check out until we were ready to catch our train home. "

"This hotel is conveniently located near Terminals 2 and 3, ideal for an early Heathrow departure. The property was clean, comfortable and boasted decent onsite dining. We did not access the 14th floor bar. I worried the planes might keep me from sleeping but delighted to find the window was soundproof. I would stay again and recommend it."

"Hotel is kind of off the beat n path but walked everywhere in the rainy Londontown! And we loved the location. It was clean & comfortable, staff was very helpful. Bring hard soled shoes as the cobblestone is hard to walk on with sneakers."
