"Convenient location. Near malls and near the Beijing subway. This is my 3rd time staying at Crown Plaza Zhongguancun. The staff are polite and converse well in English. Hotel isn’t modern but is decent in its amenities. Great gym and overall happy with my stay. Pillow can be a little bit more fluffed up. I found it a little flat. "

"Clean and spacious room, good breakfast spread, friendly staff at the hotel. The only issue was misleading sales tactic on hotels.com part which has nothing to do with the hotel. I was given to understand that there will be breakfast for 2, but somehow hotels.com only provided breakfast for 1. Tried to resolve this with hotels.com, only to be met with extremely rude service agents. "

"What a wonderful location, 2 minute walk from the bus stop, and close to the forbidden city. Easy to find as well, just be careful as we put the wrong address in and walked to a different hotel.
