"There's a metro entrance just next to the hotel. There are a number of local eateries nearby e.g. there's a comfortable Nan Cheng Xiang outlet just across the hotel where we had cheap and good local breakfast (opens 6am), so we didn't need to hv hotel breakfast at all. Hotel concierge Eric gave great service and arranged tours for us. We communicated via WeChat before arrival and he booked entrance and train tickets for us, and we only pay him after we arrive . Wow! The only complain we have is...

"This hotel is pretty good overall - very big rooms, big bathroom, and quite clean. The subway is about 10 minutes walk. There are a lots of small restaurants nearby. The only thing I'd complain about is the cigarette smell on the whole floor where our rooms were."

I had parcels delivered to the hotel, and they were very kind, taking them to my room and disposing of the packaging for me. The bellman helped carry my heavy luggage during check-out, which I greatly appreciated. I would definitely stay here again next time."

"I noticed that some rooms having heated toilet seats but some not having as I had stayed in different rooms. Rm 1802 is much better than Rm 1318, according to my experience. The concierge staff are very helpful and wonderful."
