"Staff were very good, nice and helpful making my daughter feel very welcome on her birthday. The room was ok and quiet on the 3rd floor, it's a little dated and run down, for example the TV didn't work and the sink was loose in the bathroom and there was no ironing board just an old school trouser press. Bed was comfy though a little short as my legs stuck out the bottom. I didn't complain as we were off out for a busy weekend visit to london."

"We had a very small room that was not ideal for two people, otherwise this is a great hotel - convenient to walk to Holborn, Soho and for getting to Heathrow airport. Would stay here again but ask for a larger room"

On arrival, the only information was a tiny notice on the entrance of the hotel redirecting us to another of the grange hotels. On arrival at that hotel, there was no record of our booking and was directed to a third hotel within the chain. We spent over an hour after a long journey trying to check in.
