My fire alarm never stopped flashing the entire night in our room . We had to sleep with our lights on or it was like a disco in the room. It was awful, your staff at the front desk were amazing

Great overnight stay with extended family who live out of town. We came by car and by bus, shared a lovely dinner across the street, and walked to and from the hockey game at the stadium. Hotel was everything we wanted and as usual, we loved the pool.

The hotel location is convenient. The view of the river is nice. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Only thing we were not happy with was the quality of morning buffet. For the reputable hotel like double tree, the buffet should have much better quality.
