"Fantastic stay - beautiful Park Suite with wonderful views of Hyde Park. Close to Lancaster Gate tube station as well, making it extremely convenient to get around London. Gym is a great addition also, including a Peleton and Technogym treadmills! We will be returning in the future. Staff are incredibly friendly and will assist in any way they can with your needs! "This might be the smallest room I have ever stayed at. Outside of the size and some stains on the top sheet everything else was terrific. Very close to 2 metro stations and plenty of pubs and restaurants. I would not hesitate to stay there again!"

"(Review following one night stay on 10/02/25) Staff were very friendly and helpful. They get 6 stars (if that were possible!). Nicely placed, not too far from Queensway underground train station, with the park just a little way down the road. Price could not be beaten and considering what you normally pay in London, very good value. However, would highlight that the property is currently undergoing building works / renovations, so there was building work noise from 8.00am - if I were a late sleeper, might have been miffed."
