"Iloilo City Proper should be called Old Iloilo. This hotel is in the historic part of Iloilo. My room was small but functional and had a fridge. AC worked well. (Some rooms have no exterior window.) The building itself was once part of the nearby University of Iloilo. The staff are great."

"Accommodation were clean. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The location worked was okay for me. I was able to walk to the surrounding places I wanted to visit. My only complaints are the aircon and WiFi. The air conditioner was noisy. If you want to watch something on the TV with the aircon on, you need to turn the volume way up. "It's a typical Philippines cheat rate motel, no hot water but staff was very friendly. If your not accustomed to lifestyle in a third world country, this is not the place for you. If your a world traveler looking for cheap, I could recommend this place. If your old and don't do stairs, this is definitely not your motel. So keep in mind, just because it's in the name, it's not really for pension people."
