"Stayed in 2 different rooms lefts for a few days for a side trip. First room was awesome. Keep in mind the condo's are owned by different owners so every room is different. The bed and shower in the first room 10/10. This is why I went back. However the 2nd room the bed was a 6/10 shower was a 7/10 the Internet didn't work in either room. "This is a good place to stay but the map on this app shows it in the wrong place. Look on Google Maps for Coffee Bean and Tea Leaf. It's right next door. It is in Tower 1 (there is no 40). There are two swimming pools but they both close on Mondays."

"Clean unit and polite staff. The check-in was terrible. The staff did not know we are coming. There was no record of us coming. Lucky us, one of the sellers ( just happened to sit close by) seemed to recognize the unit and the owner that helped us get hold of them. The was absolutely no connection with expedia. "Amazingly close to all amenities and is adjacent to a modern mall , high rise new condominiums and food . The hotel is a boutique type of setting it's as basic as you can expect. It worked well for solo traveler."

"The location is safe and not crowded. The Festive Walk Mall is a walking distance. We stayed during the Dinagyang Festival so the hotel’s atmosphere was very energetic! There was was live music at the dining areas. The pool area is relaxing and there was a dj spinning some cool tunes in the late afternoon to early evening. I will highly recommend staying at The Courtyard Marriott during this time of year. "
