"The prince palace hotel is an awesome hotel it’s huge and provides all the amenities one can ask for. However the hotel is a bit outdated but this doesn’t matter as everything is kept well and maintained. The staff do an excellent job at providing great service. "The hotel is okay, the rooms are not bad and the service is very good. The only issue I had was around the bar as the bartender does not really know how to make mixed drinks and their wine is out of a box. The one advantage is that it is next to Hua Lampong subway station and there is a Starbucks right beside the hotel. It is a few minutes away from Chinatown if you like that area. "

"This is an older hotel who would have been very grand in her time. She is showing signs of her age but that just added to her charm. We had a Davis suite which was great. Staff were lovely. No restaurant apart from breakfast and the beds were on the hard side, but great value for money and would stay here again. "

"Banyan continues to be my favorite hotel during my stays in Bangkok. The staff operates in a level above and beyond other local hotels. They are professional, helpful, and pleasant. They really make a customer feel welcome. The food is also phenomenal. I’m not a breakfast person but I kept going to the buffet because of the quality of the selection. It’s healthy and delicious! The hotel’s best amenity remains the spa and the aromatherapy used throughout the stay. They continually change the fragrances in the room, which helps the guest relax. My only qualm remains the long walk to the local dining areas, but you get what you pay for especially with Banyan. The quality is definitely 5 star."
