"The property is situated steps from the beach and the Main Street with all the restaurants/attractions. This is a family resort and has many kids activities daily. It also has an awesome indoor pool. There are chairs, towels, etc. available at the beach for guest and a little snack bar setup. The breakfasts are plentiful. Definitely a great resort, very convenient. We will be returning."

"Ein sehr schönes Hotel, wo auf Sauberkeit geachtet wird. Beim Essen war es leider völlig überlaufen, man musste überall anstehen und warten, egal welche Uhrzeit man kam. Dadurch war es im Speiseraum sehr ungemütlich. An der Bar wurde man leider an den Tischen nicht bedient, sondern musste sich die Getränke selbst holen und an einem Abend war es mit einer sehr langen Wartezeit verbunden. "It was the worst check-in ever. There was such loud noise from kids playing some kind of racket ball game in the basement that I could hardly hear the check-in person. She was the most disrespectful, rude and unhelpful person!!! I almost left to go somewhere else. I think her name was Beata. "First time visiting Szczecin, at first I thought the hotel was too far from the centre as it was 1.3 km from the train station, however the hotel is centrally located and it is the train station that is away from the centre. Numerous trams and buses from almost directly outside of the hotel take you to anywhere at a reasonable price. Many places within walking distance from hotel. The facilities at the hotel were excellent, after a long day looking around the city, relax in the hotel sauna and pool. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the breakfast was a fantastic buffet breakfast. As usual unable to fault a Radisson Blu hotel."

"Impossible to reach anyone if you need help. To order cleaning, it is a dream!!!!! New building with cracks in the walls. Checking in was a disaster. Reception is located behind shopping mall, totally different direction then the apartments. The only plus was my pregnancy. Helped me to get through the check in line in no time as the manager noticed. Breakfast is served at Radisson Blu Hotel. Very good. Except the service and a few hundreds pax eating at the same spot. Well... was expecting more for the price I have paid."
