"Originally was given a disabled room with a bathroom that was not ideal as water would have escaped the sink. I complained and asked another room and was offered another room that was smelling smoke although I booked non smoking room. "The room was ok. However for staff service, the morning staff was an angel, really helping tourists for all she can. Her WeChat user is "the moon is going to be round". I hope her supervisor acknowledged it. She went out of her way to help me courier a bag I left at the hotel lobby and she trusted me.
