"We have stayed there 3 times and still have not figured out how to get TV on and off with remote so have to get out bed to turn it off. Channel changing is fine. Maybe leave a note with remote on how it works. Otherwise everything was great"

"The staff was really nice and helpful. We were told they are going through renovations during our stay and the staff apologized. The sheets on the bed didn’t fit properly. Fitted sheet was sliding off and the flat sheet barely hung over either side the bed wasn’t made properly. The drawers for the dresser were tough to use and didn’t go in all the way. Bathroom very clean. "

"Beautiful hotel in the downtown area. The rooms were comfortable and quiet. Loved the parking garage and skywalk. The restaurant had delicious food. The bar area has tasteful decor and fabulous drinks. The entire experience could not have been better."

"The staff, especially those who prepared breakfast, were most helpful and kind. Breakfast was pretty good as far as hotel breakfasts go. I do wish our room had been a little cleaner, however, it had clearly been cleaned and there was nothing crazily unclean about it. We did have a situation with a very dirty matt in the workout area that appeared to have feces on it. Other than this, our stay was good for what we needed. "

"This was a perfect location to get right to our flight early in the morning. The room was a small, but comfortable for the short time we were there. There is no "hotel" parking, so you'll be parking in the hotel parking. There is a few 15 minute spots to unload luggage."

"A very well kept Victorian house in Sioux Falls SD. Close to alot of attractions and history. We visited the Home and museum of South Dakota's first Senator. It was next door. The Washington High School Building Which is now a pravilion with Science Center , Art Museum, Concert Theater and planetarium.A must see. Lots. Fine dining, artwork shopping.And of course fFalls Park. "
