"SO PEACEFUL. My family and I especially liked the hot springs. The hot springs were very relaxing, you need to book a time slot for it and then choose a yakata to wear there (it's all free!). You are free to choose from three options: Outside hotspring, indoor hotspring (includes sauna), or both. Everywhere was so clean and the food tasted perfect! 10/10. I would recommend it."

"This hotel was my favorite out of the 4 we stayed in during our Japan trip. The beds were comfortable, bathroom had all we needed and the balcony gave us the most amazing view in the morning, definitely get a room facing the water and mountain. "My husband, daughter and I spent our last night in Japan at this property. At the time of booking, rooms with a private onsen were sold out. We missed out on the experience but we stayed at the Annex (a little outdated but Ok). Check in and check out were a breeze. Very polite clerks.
