"Good for short business trip. Breakfast and restaurant have good choices and good service from staff. Wanted to use the outdoor pool but water was not chilled and water appeared to need a clean on surface. Had luxury room on 1st floor, room was spacious. Bed was a bit uncomfortable at times, mattres seemed to dip at the edges. "

"The staff were very helpful, no management about to answer questions, the room we booked was no longer available; we paid for a twin room (2 single beds), the one given to us was extremely dirty. We had wipes and did alot of cleaning of the surfaces in the room. There was only 1 hanger in the wardrobe. Also on the first night there was no water and a powercut, they were both back on by the morning, but there was no hot water. No instructions how to lower the air conditioning. On a positive note...
