"Excellent customer service. Hotel was beautiful and very comfortable. Loved the spacious lobby and TWO elevators. Offered apples and candies in the lobby. Check-in was fast and efficient. "It was a night after an NCL cruise and an early morning flight. Arrived at 930 and they were able to get us into a room. ( otherwise they have luggage storage) Very accommodating. Key fob or buzzer to enter front door. Seemed very clean and very close to cruise port. Top pool view is unreal."
