"Johnathan and all of the staff were brilliant, nothing was too much trouble. Sorting and booking trips for us, helping us with local tips etc. The b and b is in the middle of the jungle, so please bear that in mind when you book, but is good value for the money."

"Pros are proximity to the airport, and available free shuttle to the airport as well. Otherwise an average 2 star hotel. Cons Breakfast is a buffet style with Rice, Noodles and Vegetables, and Chicken. Eggs are boiled but almost RAW. You can toast your own bread with butter and jelly. Coffee is ok. The rooms are not very clean. Ours was a Non-smoking on the 4th floor, but it smelled like cigarettes. There is Hot water in the shower. Only one half used roll of toilet paper was available. "This is a great place to stay if youre trip is about wildlife. The resort is very well done and the lodges well equipped and comfortable. The bar and restaurant are good, delicious food and friendly helpful staff and the plunge pool is a great way to spend an hour or so. Location is great, only a short walk to the Orangutan rehabilitation centre and Sun bear sanctuary. There's nothing much else around but this suited us. Great value for the standard of accommodation and facilities "

"裝修很符合Hello Kitty 的氛圍，女兒進去就發出一聲驚呼，但廚房水龍頭搖晃，睡覺翻身床板便嘎吱作響。共三房雙衛，還有一個停車位。訂房時附帶早餐，這是最大的騙局，只有幾包咖啡粉，其他什麼都沒有。入住交接鑰匙後，便人影全無，如果這種態度經營民宿的話，還是免了吧！"

"We stayed at an alternate property because the advertised one wasn’t ready. However, the owner notified us well in advance. The condo was quiet and the air conditioning worked. We only had 2 towels for 4 people. For the price paid it was a good value and not too far from the airport. Good as a jumping off point for our tour"

"nice view overlooking the hill. the house is clean and amenities in good condition, the ramp going up to the porch is steep and can easily scratch the car bumper"

"the room was dirty, couldn't see out of the windows for dirt and the surfaces were covered in dust. Panels were falling off the lift and the carpets were badly worn. It looked like the place was in the midst of a large restoration so things might improve. It's in a good location close to the waterfront and there is a very good restaurant on the top floor. Staff were very helpful. Might be worth looking at in six months time but certainly not at the moment"

You get bath towels, but no face or hand towels are available. The neighborhood around stinks like sewer but you can find a few places to eat. Overall the place is convenient for an overnight stay before your flight. "

Loud and basic

On four occasions we had random people enter our room without knocking, which was not okay. Once guy even got cross with us and said we should have locked the door. I had to clean the bathroom before use and despite being given a non-smoking room, the smell of cigarettes was present I. The duvet, towels and there was cigarette ash all over the top of the toilet seat. Cigarette burns were present on the furniture. A local mosque is across the road and while we enjoy hearing the call to prayer, it was not so great to hear each session broadcast over mega-speakers outside. Every mic drop/exchange, everything and with single-glazed windows, we didn't get much sleep. Close to amenities though and staff are nice. "
