"2nd year returning to Parkroyal Collection KL. As always, a great stay and very convenient to access Bt Bintang and Pavilion Mall although traffic can be challenging at peak times due to centrality. Breakfast is great! Property was recently refurbished and very popular so some signs of wear is starting to show. Dampness from AC is evident when it is humid."

"We would like to give our special thanks to Mr Ooi who allowed us to experience one of the best room we’ve ever had the pleasure to stay in, we would like to specially mention the duty managers Soffian, Ying and Shafini, who each helped us enjoy every quality aspect of the hotel during our stay. We have nothing but praise and gratitude for the effort and hospitality shown by all the staff, from the cleaning staff to the kitchen staff and look forward to seeing them again in our next visit."

"Our stay at Hilton in Kuala Lumpur was enjoyable for many reasons. First of all, our room had an amazing view to the botanical garden, where we enjoyed our morning walks. Then of course the hotels breakfast, which offered a variety of food (local, western, Indian). Despite the hotel location in the intersection of busy city roads, you can easily access malls, garden and other places via conveniently located passes. "Liked and old ambiance of historic hotel, breakfast and friendly staff. Didn't like..... Only one trash can in the entire room. Ordered coffee and fries in room.......came very cold. After complaining a hot plate of fries was delivered. Coffee maker was old ...... it was a challenge get it to brew. Bathroom and in-room tub design was pretty bad. Concierge had very little knowledge of local events or happenings."

"This hotel was perfect for an overnight stay in transit for our family. It is very close to the airport but we needed to ask for directions to work out how tomwall there. We stayed in the family room. The hotel is clean and modern with large bathrooms. We enjoyed a drink in the bistro area and a few snacks. Great service Also easy and quick to check in and check out. "Wonderful service and amenities on the property. We enjoyed the multiple pools & the live music (Saturday night) at the cafe. We had a nice evening strolling along the lake (go to Putra Mosque and the Millenium Monument!) and it was easy to get to the airport the next morning"

"This place is beautiful. Not much to do around the area. The local foods are amazing. It is worth the stay for a few days to relax. The staff is super friendly. You can order Grab rides at the hotel. The hotel will tell you that it is too remote to order a Grab ride. "
