sorry but i've been here few times over the last 10 years and this year was absolutely terrible hardly got through the door before was being pestered couldnt just walk around like used to .

Rooms were great, easy parking but the water park and pool had almost everything closed, i understand is not high season but we seriously disappointed that we had to pay to enter with the kids game closed, pool closed then lazy river also closed
