"The property was extremely reasonably priced. Armain was great check-in was super easy at 2 AM. Pool was super clean. Rooms were super clean as well. Everything is blocks away and downtown. Disney is 5 to 10 minutes. This is an extended stay so they do have long-term residence about the property. I had no issues during my stay. My only suggestion would be to have a 24 hour towel exchange through the office. The kids were swimming repeatedly and housekeeping only exchanges towels at 7 AM which...

"We liked the friendliness of the folks around us. Once we got used to the the streets and how they changed names we were able to navigate around without trouble. At first though we got lost quite often. There weren't enough towels and wash cloths and the kitchen faucet had a broken faucet nut which we had to fix ourselves a couple of times. Other than that it was a most comfortable abode and we are glad that we rented it. "

"The stay was great, and the service was very helpful. We were stranded and they let us stay a bit longer until we could get a car. The price and service would definitely have us to book here again. The only thing missing was a comforter or blanket for the bed."

"I enjoyed Palazzo Lakeside Hotel. One of the best hotels I have ever visited. With spacious rooms, incredible dining options and a beautiful lobby, it is certainly the best hotel. Staff members around the world should learn from the staff here at Palazzo. The service was superb!! Trust me, the price is so worth it. I would definitely want to visit again!!"
