"The room was clean and well-appointed. There was a desk; chair; closet/cabinet; kettle with cups, coffee and tea, and toiletries (including a shaving kit). The WiFi worked consistently well. "I’m quite sure this is the nicest hotel in central Panaji. You never really know until you are actually there. But I find it hard to imagine that anybody would be unsatisfied with a stay at the Crown Goa. The location is perfect, everything is close enough to walk. "I do not think this is a 5 star hotel. It can be at best a 4 star. Also I did not appreciate I was charged extra 900 rs.for 1 days breakfast and a small snack when I had paid for all other days and not even eaten on a few days. It was definitely not worth the price I paid."

"The property is located in Varem right on the main road and very near to the market. We reached the property at around 12pm and the lobby was packed with people. We managed to get check-in as they have a policy of check-in by 2:30pm. The room has road view and was clean. There were no water bottles in the room. I asked them atleast 3 times for providing water bottles. I had informed them while going out to keep the water bottles but even in the evening when i came back there were none. The...
