"Wonderfully comfortable guesthouse in an oasis of calm, but also a great location, close to the main streets for eating and shopping. Run by a great host who can arrange taxi-tours and is very knowledgeable about local sights. I would recommend this lodging without hesitation."

We arrived at 1.45 and had to wait as rooms were not ready. Reception staff were flustered and not helpful. It took us almost an hour after we arrived to get our rooms. "The room was clean and well-appointed. There was a desk; chair; closet/cabinet; kettle with cups, coffee and tea, and toiletries (including a shaving kit). The WiFi worked consistently well. The hotel is removed from the road and the window faced into a sort of courtyard, so traffic noise wasn't an issue. The hotel itself was quiet. The AC and ceiling fan both worked great. "The hotel is great place to for a stay with family. Staff and service is extremely good. Food gives multiple options but fewer typical Goan cuisine. Since we were not visiting for business this is my experience."

"The property is located in Varem right on the main road and very near to the market. We reached the property at around 12pm and the lobby was packed with people. We managed to get check-in as they have a policy of check-in by 2:30pm. The room has road view and was clean. There were no water bottles in the room. I asked them atleast 3 times for providing water bottles. I had informed them while going out to keep the water bottles but even in the evening when i came back there were none. The...

"The wifi which is a basic amenity as per international standards was not available in rooms due to some reasons. Except that all else was above and beyond- staff was very courteous and helpful. Sonali and her team at the reception desk really do a great job. "
