Know before you book

  • Children 4 and younger are complimentary for park admission. Please inform the supplier that you will be travelling with an infant when confirming your reservation.
  • Children 11 or younger and taller than 4 feet 6 inches (1.4 m) must show identification to verify age.
  • If you purchase an option with transportation, hotel pickup is available from most Cancun, Playa del Carmen, and Riviera Maya hotels. Please arrange pickup from your hotel or a nearby location when you confirm your reservation.
  • Minimum age for Sea Trek activity is 8 years and children must try on the helmet before the activity.
  • Persons with ear problems, asthma, epilepsy, claustrophobia, hypertension, diabetes, heart disease and pregnant women, cannot participate in the Sea Trek® activity.
  • You must confirm your Sea Trek® activity reservation and schedule upon arrival to the park.
  • Hours of operation for Xel-há Park are 9 AM–6 PM daily.

What you can expect

Enjoy an all-inclusive day with your Xel-Há Total Admission with a Sea Trek® underwater walk. Enjoy a range of water activities, ecological attractions, natural caves and cenotes for snorkeling, or relax at a hammock in front of the ocean, with different restaurants and bars and an all-you-can-eat-and-drink buffet.

Come to Xel-Há and discover a true natural wonder, a place to immerse yourself in a world full of colors and discover the diversity of the Caribbean Sea. Go through the jungle trails of this paradise by foot, bicycle or mini train.Practice snorkeling and find hundreds of colorful fish, a great diversity of marine, vegetation and animal species in its natural habitat. Be sure to climb the Scenic Lighthouse with a view from 131 feet (40 meters) high and a fun descent on a waterslide.

Besides the more than 16 activities, this special package also includes a Seatrek® experience. With this unique activity, you can walk on the bottom of the sea, even if you don’t know how to swim. Thanks to a modern helmet, connected with a tube, you can breathe freely while visiting marine animals and admiring the scenery beneath the sea.

The ticket includes breakfast, buffet lunch, snaks, local open bar and soft drinks.

Amazing! Must do! Try the xnorkel and sea trek. You will want to buy the pics package trust me! Food and drinks were great and unlimited. This was the best water park I’ve ever been to. Despite it being packed i still didn’t wait very long for anything.

The park is one of the most beautiful water parks that i have ever seen. The employees are very helpful and polite. I enjoyed the food at the park. The park has a number of restaurants with a wide variety. I have no complaints. I would definitely visit this place again.

We had a great time. Towels are not needed bwcause they are provided. The food is really good. If you get a mixed drink, ask for a double shot. I loved the picture package. There are 50 places you can take pictures at and you can get every one with your package. Have a good pair of shoes because there is a lot of walking.

Anywhere you go you'll run into a few ride ppl. Especially me from the states and not fluent in English but i had to keep cool! As i would rather catch my flight home soon. But this place and experience was wonderful!!! I mean everything about it! Just going to add i loved the photo add on option! I wouldn't have been able to catch some of my memorable moments without it! I am missing the food though! As my all-inclusive option at the hotel does not compare smh

Pretty good park. I wish there was more for non swimmers but we enjoyed the beautiful scenery. Sea trek is a once in a lifetime experience and very easy to do. The only thing i would have changed is having a earlier shuttle. They made us wait until 6 to leave even though we explained that we needed to leave earlier to take a covid test to go home the next day. Hourly shuttles would be really nice because 12 hours is a lot. There are three restaurants and bars.. we tried them all, our favorite was the snack bar but even with that, taking a bike ride, hanging out at the river and doing seatrek, we still didn’t need 12 hours.
