If you want to feel the real winter, visit historical places and have an active rest, then go with us to Tsakhkadzor, admire Armenia from the cable car and enjoy a drive on snowmobiles in little snowy center Lernanist (the snowmobile area can be changed according to weather conditions). And at the end, warm thermal springs will await you, where you will take a hot bath saturated with mineral salts.
In addition, you will visit the Kecharis monastery, discover the history of the country from biblical times and hear about its traditions. The cable car will take you to a height of 2819 meters - in clear weather, from here all of Armenia is in full view, including Lake Sevan and Mount Ararat.
Practical Instructions on how to handle the snowmobile will be given by our guides who will then take you on a scenic trail through the Tsaghkadzor slopes. During your day you will have time to enjoy the beautiful scenery, take pictures ! We will ensure you get the most of your day out in Tsaghkazdor.
Children over the aged of 7 are welcome but will need to share a snow mobile with an adult. Children must be able to sit and hold on to the snowmobile unassisted.

Medieval monastery Kecharis

After driving 60 km north of Yerevan, you will find the cozy town of Tsaghkadzor, where you will first visit the Kecharis monastery complex. The guide will pay attention to its original architecture and tell you about its no less interesting history. You will learn why the monastery was built for 220 years with a 150-year break, and hear about its shrines.

In Tsaghkadzor, on Mount Teghenis, you will find everything you need for winter rest, the services here meet European standards. You will have about 3 hours of free time: you can spend it actively or just take a walk, enjoying nature.

Snowmobiles ride

During your day you will have time to enjoy the beautiful scenery, take pictures ! We will ensure you get the most of your day out in Tsaghkazdor. Children over the aged of 7 are welcome but will need to share a snow mobile with an adult. Children must be able to sit and hold on to the snowmobile unassisted. Please bring additional warm clothing, gloves & don’t forget your camera! Duration is 30 min. But if you are 2 pax, you can take 1 snowmobile and drive it together for 1 hour.

Thermal Hot Springs
Armenia is a landlocked mountainous country. No access to any sea or oceans, however, it is rich in mineral and thermal spring. During this day we will visit the hot springs near to Tsaghkadzor. Here we offer private rooms with thermal bath that can suit for the family. Thermal Spring temperature is about 35 up to 45 Degree Celsius. Duration is 1 hour.
