What you can expect

Starting with a workshop dedicated to three typical dishes of Bologna, you will learn all Nonna's secrets in order to take home the best of the traditional way of making pasta.
Experience the real taste of the tortellini made with the best selection of ham, parmesan and mortadella together with tagliatelle and gnocchi.
Lunch or dinner is then following and you will taste all the creations you made together with some very good wine coming from the bolognese producers around the city.
