Overview

This is a private tour. I will pick you up at 9am from hotel and at 13.30 pm we will be in Zamin mountain and I do cable car, glass breach, and jumping from peak activities. Lunch at good Uzbek, Turkish restaurant and continue to Samarkand. 3.30 hours. Musical light show in Registan square and transfer to the hotel. overnight in Samarkand. Next day we do city tour in Samarkand and at evening around 4. 5 pm back to Tashkent. Around 10.00 pm we will be in Tashkent.

During the trip we will cross Sirdarya, Jizzakh, Samarkand regions and you have a chance to observe the local people life and we will stop several times for wc and for scratching. Based on your interest tour will be customized and we will open the door the the touristic sites of Samarkand. During the Trip we will visit historical sites and you have beautiful photo shoots and buy traditional Uzbek Ikat clothes and traditional caps or souvenirs. In Siyab bazaar you can purchase Famous Samarkand bread and national sweets.

Bibi-Khanym Mausoleum

This mosque was build in 15th centuary and this is the most biggest mosque in Samarkand and Amir Temur built if for the respect of his first wife. It is considered a masterpiece of the Timurid Renaissance. By the mid-20th century, only a grandiose ruin of it still survived, but major parts of the mosque were restored during the Soviet period.

Mirzo ulugbek was grandsone of air Temur and he had a huge interest to observe the movements of stars. He worked mainly on science. The Ulugh Beg Observatory is an observatory in modern day Samarkand, Uzbekistan, which was built in the 1420s by the Timurid astronomer Ulugh Beg. This school of astronomy was constructed under the Timurid Empire, and was the last of its kind from the Islamic Medieval period[1]. Islamic astronomers who worked at the observatory include Jamshid al-Kashi, Ali Qushji, and Ulugh Beg himself. The observatory was destroyed in 1449 and rediscovered in 1908.

The three madrasahs of the Registan are the Ulugh Beg Madrasah (1417–1420), the Sher-Dor Madrasah (1619–1636), and the Tilya-Kori Madrasah (1646–1660). Madrasah is an Arabic term meaning school. Mirzo Ulugbek was grand son of Amir Temur and he was king and scholar in 15th centuary. New subjects were tought in his madrassah like Math, Medicine, astronomy and others.
