We take you from any location in Machico to Achada do Teixeira, the starting point for the PR 1 and PR 1.2 trails to Pico do Areeiro. Our routes start in the morning, with pickup available upon request. During the drive, our knowledgeable local driver will provide valuable insights about the region.

After your hike, we will pick you up at Pico do Areeiro and return to Machico where you started. We ensure plenty of time for you to complete your hike at a comfortable pace.

As an alternative, instead of being transported to the start of PR 1 or PR 1.2 trails, you may choose to complete the PR 9 Levada do Caldeirão Verde hike.

For both trails, the transfer back to your starting point in Machico is included.
