Tour guide would not stop talking the whole bus ride. He told us the same information about 10 times and confused everyone. The concept is great and had a great time once at the location, but the bus ride was horrible as we were spoken at for 30 minutes and told completely unnecessary information. The bus was late so we got told the normal plan and then due to being late, he then had to give us plan b (which he then told us 10 times over)

This package is not worth the money. I rang and confirmed all the pick up details as per request through the info sent.Waited over an hour to be picked up with no comms from the tour guide.When finally got hold of guide was told to catch the taxi @$40 to the zoo.When asked why the guide didnt ring me , was told they don't ring overseas numbers ! You can do this yourself by catching the taxi and exploring the zoo at your leisure instead of being rushed in and out.

DO NOT do this!!! We were picked up early from our hotel (great), but we ended up waiting an hour past the expected departure time at the meeting location for the "big" bus. "Skip-the-line" privileges for the Tram Ride as promised, umm no, you join the normal queue, so another 15 minutes lost here. The end result was following the tram ride we had all of 20 minutes to walk (run or sprint maybe) the night trails. Given the premium we paid for this experience, we could have caught a taxi both ways and had as much time as we liked for a lot less than what this cost. Don't get me wrong, the Night Safari itself is great (what little we saw). The tour itself was unorganised, had elements of false advertising and is a complete rip-off. If I could, I would give it no stars and chase a refund, but do I need the hassle...
