It was a great overview of the beautiful city . Our guide was fun and driver Ralph was very good! We did this on the very first day so we got a good idea of what to do in the next 4 days. I recommend this tour for first time Miami/south beach visitors!!

No one explain that the traffic to Downtown is to heavy so you loss your money because you don”t arrived on time. 1 1/2 hour on traffic jam I called expedia and they said that the company don”t give the option to rearrange for another day or hour and they don’t refund the money. In other words they keep the money doing nothing for the customer.
