Know before you book

  • Please arrive 15 minutes prior to departure time. The route is subject to change due to road closures and traffic conditions.
  • Upper seats are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. Buses operate on a shared seating basis. Choice of specific seating areas is not available. Guests may have to share tables.
  • You must contact the supplier at least 72 hours prior to the travel date to confirm your choice menu (General or Vegetarian) or you will be served the General Menu; Kindly note that we are not able to accomodate any special requests.
  • We cannot guarantee that all foods have not been in contact with nut ingredients. Alcohol will only be served to those aged 18 and over - a valid ID will be required.
  • There are no toilets on-board. This activity is not wheelchair accessible.
  • Children under 5 cannot participate in this activity. Children aged 15 and under must be accompanied by a paying adult.
  • Bookings made within 48 hours will be subject to availability.

It was ok. Nothing great. The food was ok. But nothing was explained in terms of what we were served. When I think of a tour, I think about someone telling me what we are seeing or experiencing. That didn’t happen so unless you’ve been to the city before, you won’t really know what you’re driving by or where you’re at. It’s basically an expensive way to drink while someone else drives.

We really enjoyed the bus tour with afternoon tea. This is a great way to visit major landmarks in the city. we sat on the upper deck and the views were great. The services ran on time and the staff were friendly. We will definitely take the tour again. Thank you!

The double deck bus was cute, very pink, and very romantically decorated. The people were very friendly. My four is because they couldn’t help me with my gluten allergy, but it’s more Expedia problem than the tour guides problem, they cannot accommodate me for any food options with allergies in general. Probably Expedia needs to update your website to ask that question. One recommendation for the tour itself, would be nice if they will give us some type of a guide of the biggest buildings, our biggest attraction that we pass by.

The tour was very unorganized. Hard to locate starting point. Served store purchased bakery items and did not offer cola dribks even though ad said it did. I was under the impression this tour was guided but it was not. Essentially you were fed, given tea and rode around. We received complimentary tea cups, plastic.
