What you can expect

Start your tour with a pickup from your accommodation in Tunis. First, head to Kairouan, a historic settlement founded in 670 AD that flourished under the Aghlabid Dynasty in the 9th century. Discover the Great Mosque, the Aghlabid Basins, and the Sidi Sahbi Mausoleum. Enjoy a leisurely stroll through the narrow streets of the old Medina.
After, continue to the village of El Jem to explore the impressive ruins of the largest colosseum in North Africa. Learn how this enormous amphitheater, built in the 3rd century, could hold up to 35,000 spectators, showcasing the grandeur of Imperial Rome.
Next, drive to Carthage, a historic city situated on a hill overlooking the Gulf of Tunis. Founded by the Phoenicians, Carthage boasts extensive archaeological ruins. Explore this UNESCO-listed town and learn about its pivotal role in antiquity and the Punic Wars.
Finally, return to Tunis and be dropped off at your accommodation, concluding the tour.
