I'm descendant of four truffle hunters generations, since the late 1800's. I was very young when I started to work with truffles and, in 1988 I opened my first small artisan workshop. Since I was young I believed in a dream and worked hard to make it come true:runs the path of tradition, always accompained by the desire to experience. I offer this "journey" in the world of truffles, to anyone who wants to discover the magical world of truffle hunting, with its flavors and its smells.
