"This is a nice hotel. Staff were friendly, patient, knowledgeable, helpful and attentive. Every staff member that I interactacted with are multilingual...Very impressive. For your convenience there is a grocery store and pharmacy less than a 5 minute walk from the hotel. The tram is also about a 2 minute walk from the hotel. My room had a sink with a slow drain. "Beautifuly decorated attic suite we stayed it. It was quite roomy for the 3 of us and very comfortable. The hotel is about an 8 min walk to Zurich HB station and has lots of places nearby for a quick bite. We had the continental breakfast one morning and it wasn’t the best for kids so we skipped it after that. We would return to this hotel on our next trip for sure!!"

"Amazing views, quiet in the evenings. Definitely a walk up hill to the property, but they do come to pick up your luggage at the bottom and transport it up. About a 20 min train ride very convenient for public transportation. I recommend getting the Zurich card you get free entrance to museums and unlimited public transportation. They also will provide adaptor when ask, which definitely came in handing as I completely forgot. Enjoyed our stay. "
