"After checking the reviews for all the properties in our price range in PVR we settled on this one. Family of 4 with 2 teenage kids. Beach was great and water swimmable compared to others along the bay. You can walk for hours along the beach too! Paddleboarding and kayaking available for free. There are not any extravagant nightly shows. Music is playing pretty much all day with it getting louder around 830pm. Depending on where your room is located, I can see that noise may be an issue when...

"This had just opened. It is a block away from the highway and 2 more blocks to the beach. Views from the deck are great through the huge patio doors and great sized balcony. Full on kitchen, 2 bath along with everything you would need. As this is brand new, there are a few deficiencies but i am sure they will get addressed shortly, however nothing so important i needed fixed immediately. The bed was extremely comfortable.
