"Great location about 1.5 miles or a $6 cab ride to the malecon. Close to the airport 15 mins if there’s some traffic. The Versailles neighborhood is right up the street with a lot of options for food if you do not want to do AI everyday. Rooms were clean a bit noisy at night from the entertainment at dreams or secrets depending on the night but everything wrapped up by 11. "I worried about falling. Having stairs in the room with no railing is a hazard. Stone floors I was prepared for! The hotel staff Jose in TikiTaco is excellent. The men who helped in arrival all good particularly Ignacio, he was patient with guests, made them feel welcome. Food was good in all restaurants. The service was outstanding. I like that you had activities, lots of music & energy from the dance crew. Maid Karla great the room was clean everyday. Good stay thanks"

"We had a great week at The Hacienda at Krystal Grand Puerto Vallarta. We stayed on the adult side so it was very peaceful but did spend some time at the Krystal Grand and appreciated that we had a choice. The property is very pretty and the beach is lovely. The food wasnt spectacular, but I was not expecting it to be. Servers were awesome! Great atmosphere. "

"Mi esposa tuvo un accidente al pisar mal en una de las rampas de acceso a la alberca, hay una construcción y remodelaciones por lo que creo que deben tener mayor cuidado y señalamientos para evitar este tipo de problema.
