"the onsen was seriously the highlight of the trip, and the staff was extremely helpful in helping me when I left something in my previous hotel, even though they didn't have to. "酒店服務方面極佳。環境很平靜舒適。只嫌公共交通工具甚不便。巴士班次稀疏。往往要徒步或召的士。 酒店有三家餐廳。兩家晚上7點半就關門。唯一開門的餐廳只做中價自助餐，食物水準不高。"

Horrible experience!!
"I couldn't check in because the owner didn't show up. I waited for more than 2 hours at the entrance. The owner didn't answer the phone and didn't reply emails. This is not a hotel or even apartment. It's old and I think is illegal for rental."
