"Great location right above the station. Easy access to local attractions - walking distance to most of them Service is superb. Very friendly and helpful staff that speaks English Would be perfect for those with longer stay as the room got washing machine, kitchen amenities so you can make yourself feel home One point to note though - the cleaning service is a little disappointed - the cleaner did not clean the leftover in the room. And somehow they put the scale from the floor to the sink...

"Excellent location with the closest station Tawaramachi (via Exit 1) just about a min walk to the hotel (with lift). It’s just 2 stations away from Ueno which the Keisei Skyline from Narita stops, hence easy to travel to and from Narita. All staff are English speakers and very helpful especially Fukui-San who helped us with the luggage transfer. Also walking distance to Senso-ji temple. Room is clean and equipped with all the necessary amenities"

"It’s a pleasant stay with a family of 4. We got a free upgrade to a bigger room which can actually accommodate up to 5 pax. Clean and considered spacious and the room has all you need and with separate bathroom and toilet which is helpful when staying with many. Walking distance to JR & Metro station in about 350m and Mitsukoshi is 500m away. Quiet neighbourhood with convenient store and some restaurants nearby. "

"Love the location of the property. Super near station with eateries and 24 hr supermarket. Multiple local bus rides to disneyland. Not too expensive for a cab ride either if you want to get to disney even earlier to try your best to grab the priority passes. Property was clean and functional. We enjoyed the stay!"

"This relatively large apartment style hotel was perfect for our short stay in Tokyo. It is close to several metro stations and a large department store, and there were many restaurants nearby. The in room laundry was nice to have, and the friendly people at the desk were happy to give me extra soap for the machine. After staying in two tiny tiny hotel rooms in Narita and Osaka, staying in this large space was a real treat!"

"Fourth trip to Tokyo and this was the best hotel we’ve stayed at, so far. So much space compared to most other Japanese hotels. Staff were all polite and easy to communicate with. Location is good as it’s between two subway stations, close to Tokyo Station, and direct JR line to Tokyo Disney Resort. 7-Eleven on the first floor was so helpful. Did not have any issues with the cleaning schedule. We used the free luggage storage area after check-out since we had a later flight on our last day....
