"We love stay here! We having been coming for several years now. They have made some nice updates within the condo suites. The only comment we have in the updated shower area, the shower head is so high up the average person isn’t even able to reach the shower hose to shower and if left on the holder the shower is spraying all over. We are able to work with it but wished it was a lower to reach. 😊"

"Very clean hotel, warm waterpark air but not humid. Lazy river was warmest water to lounge in. Huge pretzels at pool cafe were a hit. Coffee maker in our loft room did not work as we found out just before checkout for a cup of coffee. Loft room was expensive at $515.00 as opposed to when we stayed in June few years back at $267.00; same type of room. I asked lady hotel clerk at front desk but got no adjustment for it ; instead had to buy a cup of coffee from the lobby coffee stand. Food at bar...

"My 6 and 16 year old both had a ton of fun in the waterpark area. It’s much better than a standard pool. It needs some work and repairs, part is normal wear and tear, part is some just don’t follow the posted rules and let things get taken advantage of. Room was good, did have a dog smell until we turned air on. Breakfast had a good selection, including French toast. Staff was excellent!"
