"Front desk staff were amazing! Location was OK and quite, a short taxi ride to the Plaza de Armas. Room was extremely cold and though there was heating options, that came at an extra cost. WiFi was free, but wasn't available in our room. "

" It is a top quality guesthouse experience. The staff immediately made you feel welcomed and offered the use of the water tank to fill my water bottle. They were glad to provide advice and tours but didn’t push them. They monitor all traffic in to the place making it feel extra secure. The rooms are basic but in excellent condition. It is only a few blocks from both the bus and the central square. It checks all the boxes for me."

"Arturo is kind and helpful, the roof top terrace is a great place to relax and it is only a 10 min walk from the main plaza. There are small shops close by for water and snacks."

"This location does not have a reception it is a room in a building of flats. I arrived No one around, I was let into the building by a grumpy resident as we woke him hammering on the door at 5am when my bus arrived. He could not speak English and went straight back to his room leaving me on my own in a strange building not knowing what to do (I am a woman solo traveler). Eventually another resident got up to go to work and thankfully contacted the Manager who lives around the corner. He came...

"All the staff have been extremely welcoming and kind. The level of hospitality they try and provide here is actually top-notch for this area. Our hotel room is very clean and very presentable with a wonderful large Jacuzzi in the suite. It’s very walkable and close to the main Central Square, which is convenient. The area nearby there’s really not much to do but just about a five or 10 minute walk and then you’re in the middle of everything. The breakfast is not so bad even though there’s not a...
