"Highly recommend this hotel for your stay in Campbell River. Some of the rooms will give you a beautiful view of the ocean, Quadra Island and the coming and going of the ferry. The only negatives would be that the bathroom needs some work. Caulking was moldy and kind of gross looking. The area the hotel is in has a very obvious homelessness problem. It seemed safe but I would recommend not leaving anything in your car while parked there. Maybe it isn’t an issue- just something we noticed....

"It was a great stay. The rooms was comfortable. However, it needs some renovations, the room was dark. Maybe changing the red carpet to a clean color would bring more vibrancy to the room. The curtains are little dirty as well."

"The person in the lobby called to make sure I was in on time and left my key card for me as we were running late, he even kept the steam room open so we could still enjoy it that night! Very warm and welcoming and beautiful property on the ocean. We just stayed here as an affordable option close to my.washington but highly recommend, we had great sleeps to set up up for a great day on the hill! "
