"The room was not properly maintained. I am hugely disappointed with the state of the room. The furniture are still in good condition but not properly cleaned .The bathroom is dirty-marble walls and edges have moulds. The housekeeping was poor-no vacuum and no mopping the floor throughout my stay. Only changed the towels and top up water bottles ,not even replace the cups and saucer I am still in shock thinking of the quality of the room. A disgrace to Sarkies collection of hotels. "
