"We stumled across this hotel by accident but what a find. Set in a very picturesque location the hotel is quite charming. There are many positives which include the rooms, the food dinner and breakfast, the staff (who were just superb) and the owner who was only to happy to chat about the hotel and its history. This is a great place to go and unwind and all four of us who visited just loved it."

"Myself and my girlfriend stayed for one night and had a lovely stay at Ty Afon. The house was in a fantastic location in Beddgelert and was around a 3 minute walk to the village shops and pubs. It provided a good base for getting about with plenty of local walks. The staff were helpful and breakfast was nice, the only recommendation I would make is for more selection with the continental option. Overall a lovely Autumnal stay and would stay here again."

"Very clean property. Stunning location. Stayed 4 nights. Very impersonal. No communication from owners/operators. No breakfast provided as advertised in Expedia web site. Just orange juice (out of date) and milk in fridge. Had a little difficulty locating property. Rang mobile number in conformation email for assistance but got no reply. Had to locate key in key safe to let myself in. Garden Room very small. Would not stay there again"

"As a history geek and a crafter, I immediately fell in love with this place, perched up on a hill, clearly seen from the main road. The current owners Ken and Sarah have lovingly restored the house to its 19th century elegance, whilst maintaining the 16th century Tudor elements. The communal rooms are comfortable, the bedrooms all have a theme, I was in the pretty bird room. Excellent breakfast and there's a great pub 3 miles down the road, The Nag's Head, for dinner. "We had a wonderful experience whilst staying at the Penaeldroch Manor. Mike and Carie were wonderful hosts and made us feel very welcome. The apartment was clean and spacious and had wonderful views of the river Lledr. The locally sourced morning breakfast was fantastic and set up for the rest of the day. "As a working farmhouse, the B & B is at the end of a quiet road. It is set in beautiful countryside and is very peaceful. The nearest town is Haverfordwest about 3 miles away. Note it is not walkable to any shops or pubs but I knew that as I’d researched the area so this was perfect for me. The house is beautifully decorated and my room was just gorgeous. From the moment we arrived our host Pam made us more than welcome even allowing us to take part in their Burns night that they had on that evening . Fab English Breakfast (Not Greasy) in the Cafe on the adjoining camp site, including a tasty Vegetarian option. I will be looking at booking a Lodge/Cabin for a family break on my next visit. "
