"The hotel was ok. Rooms and lobby very dark. Food was tasty and hygienic but staff too less. They were overwhelmed by the guest and felt like not used to or interested to serve multiple options of food. V limited menu If nothing available can go, mainly of parents who have come for VIT induction of their kids"

"The swimming pool is mostly habited by pigeons and i have not stepped in for over 2 years now. regularly requesting the team to place a pigeon net. The house keeping team needs a little reminding for all small things. i have to go through a lot of calls and also personally walk to restaurant to get myself a water botthe (RO water in glass bottle) as the house keeping are not allowed to deliver that. kindly make this a norm as in other major hotels across the country."
