"We’ve stayed at many places in and around Paihia and this place was lovely. Superb views, clean, good sized bedrooms, two bathrooms, the spa was great. It is elevated away from the foot traffic of Paihia which is a nice change. The dvd library was a welcome blast from the past. Modern, excellent views, captured the sun, warm and clean. Would stay here again. "

"We loved our stay here so much!! Place is in excellent condition and hosts are great with communication. The breakfast included is incredibly thoughtful and was very handy for us. Place is great and clean, with a gorgeous view out the back. Tidy facilities; with supplies such as cooking utensils bathroom all provided thoughtfully. We would most definitely come back! "Amazing attention to detail for a specail retreat. Enjoyed the fire, views, quiet and spa. Nice to have an electric lazyboy and smart tv. Cooking facilities are good. Bathrrom os lovely. Blinds could be improved, getting a little tired but servicable enough. A fabulous relaxing stay, i have recommeded to friends, and I'm keen to return myself!"

"This motel is very nice, comfortable, has everything you need. Even a continental breakfast for $19.00 NZ dollars choices of cereal, toast, spreads, fresh and tinned fruit, fresh crossants,tea,coffee . Amazing owners and staff, i had a studio unit and it was roomy comfortable, clean,tidy, tv. Close to shops, eateries and tours all in a 15 minute walk. I will go back.."

"The place was nice. Facilities very tidy and comfortable. Pool was a dream for us and the kid. Unfortunately there was no good communication about where to park at the beginning. As it is not marked properly, there was none available at night when coming back, so had to park off the street. When calling in the morning to reception nobody answered."

"This property was walking distance (10-15min) to the main town centre and eateries while being away from the hustle and bustle that comes with most town centres. The staff of the property, Angela, Stacey and Keri, were extremely friendly and welcoming, without being too forward. They were happy to guide us with good recommendations, and assisted us with booking some of the tours we were looking to do. In short, this was a great find and we'll return to Admiral's View Lodge with friends and family soon."
