"Friendly and helpful staff. Good location facing the beach, easily walkable to Paihia town and wharf, also Whitangi Treaty Grounds. On the downside, some noise from the petrol station adjacent to the property. The room was well-equipped, and daily room servicing was excellent. "Loved the location of this hotel. The concierge Dimitri was very attentive but the restaurant staff were not on the ball. We had to wait over an hour for our pudding and when we raised this it was dismissed and told we didn’t wait that long. The breakfast was not kept tidy throughout the service and there were many spillages around the cooked breakfast area. The pool area was lovely.
