"I only put 4 stars because it was a bit hard to find the right hotel as there were two Toyoko Inns in Shin Yokohama and my reservation said Toyoko Inn Ekimae and we went to the wrong hotel after a very tiring trip to Sapporo. Since it was night time there was no way of knowing ( for us non Nihongo speakers) about the shinkan and honkan branches - as both Toyoko Inn didn't have Shinkansen or honkan. "R&B Hotel was clean and with good service. The room was small as expected of this type of hotel, but everyting was spotless and all facilities worked well. It was very quiet during my stay. The Hotel is very convenient for Shin Yokohama station, if you leave from Exit 10 you will be at the hotel in a couple of minutes. The Hotel is also very close to the Ramen Museum, which is worth a visit as the basement is full of working restaurants created in a 1950's style. It is like being on a film set....

"The size of this room was amazing in Tokyo. We had space which was lovely after being squished together for a week of traveling. "We loved our stay here. This was our first time visiting Japan, so we wanted to book somewhere central to the busy Tokyo areas. This hotel was perfect. It is steps away from Shin Okubo, which is only one stop away from Shinjuku, and has a 7-11 kitty corner to the hotel. The hotel's amenities were also excellent, from complimentary toiletries and coffee to peaceful onsens that were free for guests. The staff were friendly, and the room layouts were terrific. We will be back!"
