"Upon our arrival we were upgraded to a suite and it was excellent. the front desk staff were super accommodating and always seemed to be working, no matter the hours. The rooms are spacious and super clean. We rented a car and there was underground parking. We love walking and could easily walk to the old town ( about 20 minutes) and eat and shop. However, there was also an amazing bakery about one block ( around the corner)from our hotel where we picked up breakfast and sandwiches for the day....

"The owner is amazing. My phone had died so I didn't directions to get to the hotel. I found a shop owner that called her and she walked 10 minutes to where I was and walked me back. Each room is individualize and mine had a private entrance. There were lots of personal touches that made the place feel special. I can't recommend this hotel more. If I am ever back in Chania I will stay here again."

"Tolle kleine Anlage, gepflegt, sauberer Pool. Babypool überdacht. Zimmer ausreichend groß, tolle Terrasse. Bad etwas klein, aber heißes Wasser, guter Wasserdruck. Zimmerreinigung super. Frühstück viel Auswahl, zu bestimmter Uhrzeit fast zu wenig Sitzplätze. Parkplatz vor dem Hotel, abseits der Straße. Nachts ruhig. In der Umgebung viele Restaurants. Strandnah, Strand war ok. Wir würden wieder kommen."

"Buon rapporto qualità -prezzo, personale gentile e disponibile. Si potrebbe un po' migliorare il bagno, mettendo:una tenda nella vasca da bagno o sostitutirlo con un piatto doccia e qualche appendino per i teli doccia. Ci stiamo trovando bene, vicino alla struttura ci sono bar, taverne, farmacia e fermata dell' autobus. È molto servito. La struttura mette a disposizione della clientela anche gli ombrelloni per il mare, giochi e libri."

"The staff were all very friendly and plenty of them speak English. The condition of the room was fanatic! Even though the building is very old, since it’s located in the center of “Old Town Chania”, inside you’d swear you’re in a newly built luxury hotel. Very centrally located for walking everywhere!"

"Lo recomendamos ampliamente. El hotel es bonito cuenta con club de playa a un lado que está muy padre, tienen camastros propios en la playa sin costo y las habitaciones son grandes y muy cómodas. "Tolle und große Wohnung mit schöner Aussicht. Die beiden Schlafcouches waren sehr breit und bequem. Die begehbare Regendusche sauber und modern. Die Lage ist fantastisch. Zwei kleine Mankos sind, dass die Liegen am Strand nicht inklusive sind (10€ zwei liegen und Schirm) und die Küche keine Minimalausstattung wie Salz,Pfeffer und Öl hat. Das sind aber wirklich Kleinigkeiten."

"Location perfect. Walkable to old town and harbour in 7 mins. The hotel had parking (valet) which was amazing and made it easy. Just drive in and dump car. The breakfast was amazing. So fresh and so many options. The room was great, good AC and a comfy bed. The main area where it excelled was the staff!
