"The apartment was very clean and cozy. The staff was quick to respond and solve any issues. Location was excellent as we were literally in the heart of Bolhão area, right across from a metro station entrance. Light sleepers beware though, the market starts stirring early in the mornings and the foot/traffic below doesn't stop until very late. "

"Nice place - and room was comfortable and clean - so not a bad place to stay. First room was given had a very foul smell in it - so was given another. Some staff at front desk were extremely rude, seemed to be prioritizing helping people they knew and not following order people were lined up in."
