"The apartment was lovely, perfect for 1-2 persons, with a great view from the balcony. The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful, especially Leonor. The location was fantastic, very close to the Bolhão market, the metro, dining, shopping and groceries. It was easy to walk to the historic district and the river. Next time I am in Porto, I will definitely stay here again!"

"This apartment was so great. Tons of room for our family of 4. The place was very clean and the beds were so comfortable! We really loved how the staff communicated through WhatsApp, it made everything about our stay so easy and I wish this was the norm for all places! Convenient location, walking distance to all the places we wanted to go. Cutest brunch place next door with the kindest owners who were so good with our children. Highly recommend!"

"The Apartments were great for our one week stay. Having the extra space compared to a hotel room was greatly appreciated. The apartments were clean and well maintained. The location is perfect since you’re less than a 5 minute walk to the Duoro River, Don Luis Bridge and many restaurants. The only small confusion was where to check-in and access the apartment on the first day since you have to check- in at the main hotel and then cross the street to get to the apartments. "

"Very good location. We stayed two nights and walkable to everywhere. The self check in instructions should send out one day before arriving. We left the previous hotel early in the morning and heading to Porto. We had to stop in other places and arrived this hotel around 7 in the evening. My phone doesn’t have data. Lucky the bus we took had a wifi. So saw the self check in instructions on the bus. If bus doesn’t have WiFi, then we would not know when we got there."

"while i would say this was a business hotel, with cooking facilities, large fridge and microwave. enough utensils for a basic- medium hot meal. the staff were excellent, breakfast is buffet style and while the selection was not the biggest, we found the hot food replenished frequently, freshly baked pastries and cake, fresh chopped fruit, juices and cereals real coffee chocolat and a range of teas.3 grocery shops within 3 minutes walk. coffee shops everwhere lots of nearby shops for everything....

"Lovely property, excellent location near the river and not up a hill. Very friendly helpful staff. Good quality breakfast although not available until 8am so may be an issue if coming for work and an early start. Rooms very high quality, clean, quiet and nice touches from housekeeping each day. No storage for clothes other than a few hangers. Plenty of restaurants around for evening meals. Overall, excellent stay and would return"

"This apartment suited our needs and met our expectations. Only issue we experienced was checking in with the code that was somewhat complicated. The initial code did not work. Communication with the property via WhatsApp messaging and phone was excellent and we did get another code BUT when we got to our room it had not been serviced from guests prior. Another phone call and we were promptly relocated to another apartment. Apartment was clean and had all the necessary equipment for us to have...

"Everything was wonderful. Couple of suggestions- Provide drinking water, at least 1 bottle every day. All other hotels in Portugal did.its given the first day and stopped. Have some lighting outside the hotel entrance at the road level. It looks dark and hard to find for uber when it’s dark. "

"We had an early flight so stay right by the airport and this worked perfectly. The room was comfortable and quiet. They arranged a taxi for us at check-in to the airport which was greatly appreciated. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. "
