"Good location, lovely staff and a fantastic breakfast. Two night stay in November 2024. Our first night was in a room in the annexe near the car park, a road and the railway line. Too noisy for me so we requested a room change which was done very professionally and efficiently. We had a good night's sleep on our second night. After I returned home I emailed the manager and I was happy with her response. "

"The manager of this place let us store our luggage for the morning before we left so we could tour more of the city. She was also so kind as to give us a lift to the train station when all of the cabs across the city were busy! Incredibly kind person and incredible place to stay."

"The hotel was lovely- although the location was quite run down but near to the bars and the Common Market. The rooms were spacious and good facilities- all that you needed for a comfortable stay. Sadly even though I asked to be on the quiet side of the hotel, they seemed to place all the noisy hen parties on the same corridors and same side of the hotel- which meant screaming and shouting at all times. "I had a comfortable night here. Small hotel on the edge of the centre, looks like a clever refit of an old office building, and maybe it was originally intended to be student accommodation. Set expectations clearly - there is no lobby, bar or shared space on the ground floor. "We stayed here when coming to Belfast to watch the ice hockey at the arena. The walk to the arena is really easy and in pleasant surroundings. Everywhere is easily accessible from this hotel and the bus from the airport drops off just a few hundred yards away at st George's Market. Our room was spacious and clean and nice and quiet.
